Marisel Resort, mountain biking downhill in Cluj Napoca, Romania

Nestled in the heart of the Apuseni Mountains, the Marisel Resort is the ideal starting point for an incredibly fun and exciting downhill mountain biking adventure.

After meeting up and checking out all of our gear, our adventure begins. We'll head down steep but well-maintained trails, racing through forests and enjoying stunning views out into the rest of the Carpathian Mountains as we go.

Depending on your skill level, there are several different routes down the mountain that we will be able to try out. Both intermediate and advanced mountain bikers will find something perfectly challenging and exciting here.

As we race down from the resort into the valley below we'll also have the chance to see local villages and get a sense of what life is like in this rural part of Romania.

After a long but fun day of riding, we'll have the option to stop off at a pub and unwind a bit with some local beer and food (not included in the price) before saying our goodbyes and heading back to Cluj-Napoca.
