Come and join Stephane, an IFMGA certified guide for a day of ski touring in the amazing Megeve ski resort in the Alps of France.
Whenever somebody thinks about skiing in the French Alps, they usually conjure images of beautiful snow capped peaks, fancy chalets and amazing slopes. Well, in the case of Megeve, that is exactly what you get. This luxurious ski resort is the cream of the crop when it comes to ski resorts in the Alps. In fact, over the last century, Megeve has always been at the forefront of the best ski resorts in all of Europe.
There are over 400 kilometres of skiable terrain in Megeve. While the skiing itself in Megeve is nothing short of spectacular, the surrounding landscape only further sets it apart from other resorts. You will get to stare in awe from a perfect location at some the Alps‘ most amazing peaks. They include the Aiguille des Glaciers (3,816m), the Grandes Jorasses (4,208m), the Pointe Percee (2,753m), and of course, the incomparable Mont Blanc (4,810m).
During this ski touring day trip, I’ll take you to some of my favorite spots around the resort. I will adapt the itinerary to your skiing and fitness level: we could ski the terrain at the edge of the pistes if you are beginner or in the mountains if you already have some experience. Don’t hesitate to let me know what your wishes are for our day together.
Please note that we will be skinning up to these spots, so you will need touring equipment (touring skis, touring bindings, touring boots, skins and avalanche equipment). You can rent the equipment at Megeve if you need to.
There is nowhere in the Alps quite like Megeve. And for an entire day, I not only want to help you enjoy the slopes, but to enjoy the whole area around the resort as well. All you have to do is send me a request.
I can also guide you for a day of off-piste skiing lessons in Megeve. If you don’t wish to skin up and would rather use the lifts to enjoy some sidecountry skiing, this is the right option for you.
There is an assortment of beautiful hotels in the Megeve area.
You will need ski touring equipment for this trip: - Touring skis - Touring bindings - Touring boots - Avalanche equipment (beacon, probe, shovel)

Thank you for your supporting. Thanks to you,I could climb Mt.Mont blanc. I\'m begginer, but Stephanes\'s advice and feelings are good. I wanted to know schedule in detail. Kind regards Hirokazu Hirano
It all went according to plan and our guide was great. thanks for the excellent communication and coordination. I would use your services again.
Stephane was injured so arranged an alternative guide who was very good. When I booked the trip it was to do the Vallée Blanche. After I made the booking it was suggested that if that trip was not possible, we would do off-piste skiing in Megeve (where we were staying). The day was very good but it would have been better if I had been told before confirming my booking that the chances of doing the Vallée Blanch at that time of year were very low.
Excellent guide - Stephane has a unique knowledge of the area and we were in safe hands throughout the off piste tour - we can highly recommend Stephane Comte. Regards, Anders
He knows every detailed information so well..., and he advised the best course in consideration of my skiing technique and my wishes(such as would like to see good views, train the off piste skills...) He is very good guide !
