Did you know that **Madrid** has lots of **MTB trails**? Yep, it’s an awesome place for mountain biking, but you need to know where to look. Come with me, and **I’ll show you the best spots for mountain biking near Madrid!**

We just have to get out of the city a little, in some cases not a lot, and we can be riding through **river valleys**, **lush forests** and amazing **mountain ranges**.

We can head to the **Sierra de Guadarrama National Park**, which is ju**st 1 hour from Madrid** city centre. Alternatively, we can stay closer to the city and ride in **El Pardo** or **Casa de Campo**. At just ten minutes from the city, these two destinations give us a lot of varied terrain. There are **dirt paths, hilly landscapes** and **long descents.** We’ll also be riding through some spectacular landscapes!
