Enjoy the best snow in Alpe d'Huez in this exciting off piste and ski touring trip, together with an IFMGA Mountain Guide.
Enjoy one or several days off piste skiing and/or ski touring in Alpe d’Huez and its surroundings.
Alpe d’Huez is a beautiful ski resort in the Central French Alps, with almost 250 kilometers of slopes for all levels.
The main objective of this trip is to let you enjoy the best snow of the area far from the lifts. That’s why I’ll guide you through the best spots of the region.
Besides, I’ll give you a basic training if you are a beginner or support you in passing the next level if you are a more experienced skier.
I’ll organize this trip in groups up to eight people. That will depend on the route we choose and the technical level of each client.
These are some of the places we can explore during this ski trip:
Please contact me if you want to join me for one or several days in Alpe d’Huez.
On the other hand, if you are looking for another kind of activity in France, you can check this ice climbing trip in L’Oisans.
For all reservations there's a booking fee of 30% which will be refunded if I have to cancel the trip due to bad weather. I can cancel or change the program due to weather conditions. However, all cancelations should be notified 24hrs in advance, if not full payment is due. Extra costs (lift passes, taxi, helicopter, restaurants, overnight stays, etc..) are your responsibility.
PRICES: The prices mentioned are per day. I also offer a half-day rate: - 1 person: 250€ - 2 people: 125€ per person - 3 people: 83€ per person - 4 people: 63€ per person - 5 people: 55€ per person - 6 people: 50€ per person - 7 people: 46€ per person - 8 people: 44€ per person SAFETY: For all the backcountry skiing I'll have a radio which relays to the rescue service.
The conditions were hard, a lot of wind and some cloud layers downside. Quentin managed to keep the group together and drove us trough deep powder on the lower parts of Alpe d\'huez since La Grave was closed. It is an excellent guide with huge human skills ! We loved our journey with Quentin and are sure we will ride together again soon
Great time with Quentin, a guide as we like. Professional, human and super nice. I have already done several routes in mountain et ice climbing (Dents du Geant, tour ronde in the corridor Gervasutti, le Rateau ouest, ...) and every time a beautiful human adventure. Seb
