3 Days

All year

Description

Are you ready to live a really different experience in the Pyrenees?

Get away from the crowds, discover secret granite walls, spend a great time climbing and enjoy an inspiring meditation in communion with nature. That is what you will get on this 3-day rock climbing, yoga and meditation course in the heart of the Pyrenees.

A granite wall is nothing without our emotions reflected on it. Emotions are what make a movement special. I think rock climbing is an ephemeral art since once the action is over only the emotions remain. An art that respects the purity of the life and integrates it with nature.

That fusion, that harmony is what allows us to reach our goals in front of a mountain. Therefore, I have planned this course thinking not only in rock climbing but also in the union of human beings with nature, that is, Yoga.

It will be an interesting experience since we will first practice some conscious breathing techniques. That means you will learn to pay attention to your body through meditation. Then, we will be ready to face some climbing challenges offered by the Pyrenees.

During this 3-day course I will also help you understand and improve all the safety and rappelling techniques as well as some skills of "acroyoga". That will help you know how to handle the balance of your body.

And if you prefer a classic rock climbing trip in this region, please check out my 9-day program in Carros de Roc.

This course in the Pyrenees is available all year round. All you have to do is getting in touch with me. Let's live a unique learning experience in harmony with the landscape!

Mountain Guide

UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide based in the Pyrenees

I grew up by the seaside, but since the age of 9 I started going to the mountains. And since then, I never stopped.

I learned about freedom from philosophy, physics and maths, and then the mountains showed it to me.

I get new knowledge from forming new guides, studying mountain medicine, and training body and mind. But going to the mountains give me the reflexes.

From top level climbing, alpine style 8000s peaks, skiing and snowboarding, opening routes from the Arctic to the Antarctic, passing through the Himalayas and climbing in the desert and the jungle, from the Patagonian Ice to Vietnam: The important thing is not where you get, the important thing is to go.

I’m based in Benasque, in the Pyrenees, but consider myself a nomad. I just expect the rain or the sun rising every morning to celebrate nature’s cycle, and continue living as part of it.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
