Ski touring in the Swiss Alps with overnight in an Alpine Chalet (Valais)

Join me on this 3-day ski touring trip enjoying the stunning scenery of the  Swiss Alps, spectacular ski runs and descents on fresh powder snow, staying at a cozy alpine chalet in the resort area of Lauchernalp, in the canton of Valais, overlooking the Lötschental valley.

During these days, you will be sleeping in a comfortable accommodation with a kitchen, but there are two restaurants within 10 minutes of walking distance to eat dinner or breakfast. We will be surrounded by a stunning mountain area with spectacular landscapes.

On the first day of the trip, you can go freeriding or enjoy a 1-hour ski tour around a ski resort. Next day, a great 2-hour ski tour await us and a spectacular 1400-meter descent to Leukerbad.  On the last day, we will go on a 2-hour ski tour around Elwer Tätsch, enjoying an amazing 1500-meter descent to Blatten.

Bear in mind this trip is only suitable for experience skiers and riders, not for beginners. You should be able to ride on powder snow, and on short sequences of about 35°.
