Come out and spend a morning trail running in the stunning beauty of Mt. Mansfield State Park in Stowe, Vermont!
Kill two birds with one stone by getting some superb exercise while enjoying quintessential views of New England forest and mountains.
Our plan will be to run along the Ranch Brook, making our way over undulating hills and along the Ranch Valley trail. Coming in October is the perfect time to see the legendary and unparalleled beauty of New England fall foliage, which is something you definitely don’t want to miss!
Over the course of the hour and a half, we will run for about three to five miles (five to eight kilometers). Trail running is a great form of exercise. It improves your endurance, is good for your heart, exercises your core and strengthens your legs.
Not only does it do all this, but it is an excellent way to destress and the views help on that front too!
Along the way, our guides can give you some tips to help improve your trail running posture and teach you some good skills to get the most out of this fantastic form of exercise.
