Sierra Nevada is an amazing destination for adventure climbers. Join me on this Veleta North Face (3,396 m) one day guided ascent and conquer the second highest peak of this mountain range!
Reaching the summit of Veleta through its North Face, might be one of the most thrilling mountaineering adventures in Spain. Due to its characteristic shape, Veleta has become very popular among Spanish climbers and a kind of ‘sign of identity’ of this region.
Our expedition will start in Hoya de la Mora (2,500 m) and along our journey, we’ll be surrounded by the impressive views of the north walls of Veleta. Once we reach the bottom of this summit’s north corridor, we’ll face a slope of about 50 degrees of inclination. Through rocks, snow and with enthusiasm, we’ll reach the summit through a well-known climb known as the “Fidel-Fierro”. As you can see, this program is for intermediate and advanced climbers only and it’s essential to be in good physical condition.
So, if you are ready to join me on this mountaineering expedition, request to book this trip and get ready for an experience you’ll never forget!
And for those climbers who are looking for a less challenging program, you can also join me on this 1-day guided ascent on Cartujo North Face in Sierra Nevada
