“Vilaflor Loop” mountain biking tour in Tenerife, near the Teide National Park

Located in Tenerife in the beautiful Canary Islands of Spain, the Teide National Park is a gorgeous place to explore and enjoy. And, on this full-day trip, I would like to guide you on a mountain biking tour through the wonderful mountain community of Vilaflor.

Positioned at an altitude of approximately 1,500 meters, Vilaflor will provide you with a place where you can enjoy some truly exceptional views of Tenerife. Furthermore, the biking routes you will get to enjoy are wonderful. Full of warm pine forests and volcanic terrain, as well as lots of gravel roads, the diversity of the routes are only matched by their beauty. We will even venture up another 400 meters, close to the crater rim of the Canadas National Park. After that, we will descent back through Vilaflor, to the Centinela viewpoint at 500 meters.

Participants on this trip should know how to ride a bike. However, because the route we will be taking is not very difficult, riders of every level can enjoy it.
