The region here receives a subtropical climate with warm weather all-year round. The average daily temperature is about 29°C in lower elevations and 21 °C in the mountains. April to November is the wettest part of the year. And from June to November is hurricane season
Puerto Rico is part of the Greater Antilles group of Caribbean islands, and sandwiched between the US Virgin Islands and the Dominican Republic. Its most populous city and capital is San Juan, which has a population of just under 400,000. The former Spanish colony, now unincorporated territory of the US, is best known for its incredible beaches.
