Description
Located approximately 45 minutes south of San Juan and near the city of Caguas, the Bosque Carite in Puerto Rico is a great place to not just visit and explore, but to enjoy as well. Hence, why we are so happy to offer this multi-day, multi-activity excursion.
Throughout this multi-day trip, you will get to enjoy a number of great activities. Those activities include hiking, rappelling and zip lining. Each activity will provide you not just with some excitement and exercise, but also some great views of the stunning Bosque Carite.
During the hiking portion of the trip, you will get to thoroughly explore the rain forest, trekking along a river, while admiring the sheer abundance of flora and fauna as well as wildlife. Within the area, you will get to see a number of animals, from an abundance of different species of birds to reptiles, mammals and more.
For the rappelling, you will get to enjoy making your way approximately 80 feet down the amazing El Salto waterfall until you reach the bottom of a canyon. Finally, for the zip lining, you will get to enjoy 5 different zip lines, which will give you more great views of the forest, river and more.
Not a difficult trip, people of all levels can enjoy it. However, you should be in good physical condition.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
