A cable car offers easy access to the summit, which is the jumping off point for endless backcountry adventures. Its location puts it within the 4 Valleys ski area, the biggest in Switzerland and third biggest in Europe. The closest city is Sion, which is also the capital of the Swiss canton of Valais.
