Esta es una caminata de 19 días alrededor de algunos de los lugares más impresionantes de la región del Everest, en Nepal. Desde el espectacular Lago Gokyo hasta el Campo Base del Everest, incluido el desafiante Paso de Cho la.

Para esta aventura, te llevaré al origen del río Dudh Koshi, el hermoso Valle Gokyo y el Glaciar Ngozumpa, el glaciar más largo de los Himalayas.

También, tomaremos el popular sendero hacia el Paso de Cho La, y disfrutaremos de las increíbles vistas desde Gokyo Ri (5357 m) y Kala Patthar (5643 m) Finalmente, llegaremos al Campo Base del Everest.

En el camino, podrás ver algunas vistas impresionantes de las montañas más altas del mundo, impresionantes monasterios nepalíes y las tradicionales banderas de oración coloridas.

El punto de partida de este trek es la ciudad de Kathmandú. Nos quedaremos allí por un día para visitar y prepararnos. El día siguiente, volaremos a través de las montañas hasta Lukla.

En cuanto a la aventura del trek, comenzará en el Parque Nacional de Sagarmatha, un área natural protegida en los Himalayas.**

En los alrededores del pequeño pueblo de Gokyo, exploraremos algunos lugares de este valle como los Lagos Gokyo y el increíble mirador Gokyo Ri.

Después de eso, enfrentaremos la parte más difícil de esta aventura: cruzando el Paso de Cho La a 5420 m.

Finalmente, continuaremos hacia el Campo Base del Everest. Desde Kalapatthar, disfrutaremos de una maravillosa vista panorámica.

Para este trek debes estar físicamente muy en forma, más que el promedio. También puedes elegir hacer solo el trek al Campo Base del Everest si no te sientes completamente preparado.

Día 6: Trek a Dole (4040m).

Día 7: Trek a Machhermo (4470m).

Día 8: Trek a Gokyo (4790m).

Día 9: Cumbre de Gokyo Ri (5357m) y estancia.

Día 10: Trek a Thangnak (4700m).

Día 11: Trek a Lobuche 4910m a través del Paso de Chola (5368m).

Día 12: Trek a Gorakshep (5140m).

Día 13: Trek a EBC(5364m), Kallapatther (5550m) y estancia.

Día 14: Trek a Pheriche (4270m).

Día 15: Trek a Namche Bazar (3440m).

Día 16: Trek a Thame (3740m).

Día 17: Trek a Lukla (2840m).

Día 18: Vuelo de regreso a Katmandú / Tarde libre.

Día 19: Partida.

Guía de Montaña

Hi! I'm Tshering, IFMGA/NNMGA certified mountain guide. I work together with a team of certified and professional mountain and trekking guides. If I'm not available to guide you, one of my colleagues will take great care of you.

I have been climbing since 1996, starting on the 8000m mountains in the Himalaya. I'm one of the few IFMGA/NNMGA certified mountain guides (Instructor) from south Asia, gaining my qualification from the New Zealand Mountain Guides Association (NZMGA) & Nepal National Mountain Guide Association (NNMGA).

I have successfully guided on Mt Everest on multiple occasions, and other 8000m peaks such as Mt Cho-oyu (8,201m) (3 times), Sisha Pangma (8,013m), Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Mt. Makalu (8,463m), Mt. Lhotse (8,515m) and many more.

I have have also a strong international climbing experience and extensive knowledge of the logistics, planning and group dynamic that are also very crucial to successfully lead adventures in the Himalaya and around the world. I guided in New Zealand, Norway, France, Scotland, Thailand, Bhutan, Pakistan, India and Tibet. I'm also a rescue expert and a technical trainer for the mountain guides training.

I very much like guiding my clients in remote places, where no tourist goes. I like also discovering new routes and peaks. It was a honour to meet Tshering and have him as a guide on my two day rock climbing adventure. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and has a very pleasant way to teach. Easy to communicate with, always available, even though I imagine he must be very busy. Had all the patience in answering all my questions.
