Te invito a un fantástico tour de trekking en Monte Rosa. Durante dos días, caminaremos entre los picos más altos de los Alpes hasta alcanzar el Refugio Monte Rosa.
El Refugio Monte Rosa se encuentra cerca de Zermatt, a 2,883 metros de altitud. Este albergue de montaña es normalmente el punto de partida de la ruta normal hacia la cumbre del Monte Rosa y muchas otras montañas en el área. Por lo tanto, me gustaría que vivieras en primera persona la sensación indescriptible de caminar en estas tierras.
En cuanto al itinerario, nos encontraremos en Zermatt y tomaremos el ferrocarril de cremallera Gornergrat. Es un ferrocarril de cremallera de montaña del Cantón del Valais. Bajaremos del tren en la estación Rotenboden, donde comienza la caminata. Nos dirigiremos primero al Refugio Monte Rosa a lo largo de un sendero de trekking y luego sobre el Glaciar Gorner. Nos llevará alrededor de 3 horas.
En nuestro segundo día, descenderemos desde el Refugio Monte Rosa siguiendo el camino sobre el Glaciar Gorner hasta Furi. Finalmente, tomaremos el tren a Zermatt nuevamente, donde llegaremos a las 4 PM.

Exemplary is the word. Andrea's colleague Simone was my guide for this ascent. Andrea coordinated my solo expedition of Monte Argentera with only a few days notice. Conversation with Simone was easy and fascinating from the get-go. He tailored the expedition to suit me best: we moved at a faster pace and took time to meet the wild animals. He introduced me to harness-and-rope based mountain-climbing and created challenges within my limits - always acknowledged the small accomplishments which was very reassuring!. After the main ascent, Simone used his climbing expertise to reach a child who had fallen from a cliff and assisted in an air-ambulance secours. He took it all in his stride and his humility and heroism were exemplary. As my mountaineering debut, I've come away from the experience with confidence, trust and fascination - I would be thrilled to do another.
