Description

Innsbruck is the charming capital of the Tyrol region of western Austria, set amongst stunning mountain geography. To its north lies the Karwendel Alps (2,334m) and to the south the Patscherkofel (2,246m) and Serles (2,718m) mountains.

This world renowned hot spot of winter sports has hosted both the winter Olympics and Paralympics several times due to the quality of its slopes. This quality also extends outside of the pistes where inviting powder snow is aplenty.

I grew up in the Alps and spent my time skiing, climbing or biking. I know the area intimately and can select the perfect locations for your freeriding and I will share all the secrets of the land and sport that I know.

Our free riding trips are always catered to your ability and desires, this trip is suited perfectly for beginners whilst more advanced freeriders are welcome if happy going at a slower pace.We will have the option to head towards Stubai glacier or perhaps northward until Seefeld, we will judge the weather conditions on the day and make our decision accordingly. Whatever the chosen spot you will be enjoying some of the best free riding conditions on offer anywhere.**I can’t wait to introduce you to this amazing landscape so sign up now if your excited by the prospect of top quality freeriding in this epic mountain setting.**If you would prefer to explore this expansive landscape of mountains through ski tour then check out this 1+ day of ski touring near Innsbruck.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
