5-day ski touring traverse of the Ötztaler Alps

Paolo was a great guide. He picked out good routes and we felt very safe.

Paolo and Patrick were our guides for Gaudeamos (12 pitch max of 6a) near Falzarego Pass. Paolo was communicative ahead of time in making arrangements and ensuring our climb matched our desires. During the climb, they were safe and efficient and all 4 members of our party came away from the outing feeling challenged and excited about the day. Overall, we had a fantastic day out and we were able to tackle a much larger & more grand objective than we otherwise could have on our own without our guides. Thanks Paolo & Patrick!!

Renato did not take us but his fellow guide Matteo did. Matteo was excellent and guided us through an amazing Via ferrata

Renato was professional and a great guide! He took the time to point out the different mountain ranges and was very friendly. He took many pictures of us during the trip which was very nice and we appreciated it. I always felt safe during the trip. The pace of trekking was great. I highly recommend this 2 day, 1 night trip!

I am leaving a 1* review for the absolutely terrible, argumentative, and unprofessional service I am currently receiving from Renato after our trip. This was meant to be a full day excursion but our guide Patrick sensibly suggested that we cut it down to half a day to avoid the stormy weather in the afternoon. Patrick told us that we would be issued a partial refund as a result of this. We agreed. It is now several weeks after our trip and Renato is going against Patrick's promise and is saying they cannot offer a partial refund. I am currently wasting my time trying to get Explore Share to sort this out and Renato will not stop emailing me. I've literally said in writing that I don't want to engage with Renato anymore, but he won't respect that. I really don't want to spend my time arguing with someone over email who refuses to live up to the promise of their own employee. Patrick was an excellent guide and the trip we did was very fun. I would be leaving a full 5* review if it were not for this nonsense with Renato.

My guide was Matteo who provided me with an excellent day of climbing in the Dolomites. Matteo was very competent and I felt very safe under his guidance. Highly recommended.

The trek was great. The guide (Robert) was not nice to say the least

I went climbing with Robert up to the Torre del Vajolet. Robert was most excellent and profesional: timely, extremely knowledgable and very fast. We were the first group on and off the tower. It was an incredible day and my only regret is that I didn't have time for more climbing. I will defintely return to the Dolomites and climb again with Robert. I HIGHLY recommend Robert and Renatto and team Bernard. They are AWESOME!

We had an excellent day sport climbing at Cinque Torri with Matteo. The guide was very professional and friendly and helped us learn to improve our outdoor climbing.
