With 3,404 meters above sea level, Aneto Peak is the highest point in the Pyrenees. It is located in the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park in Aragón, Spain.
The first day of the program will be a preparation day. We will meet in Benasque, located in the Huesca province, and check the equipment. Then, we will go to the Renclusa refuge and have some time to enjoy splitboarding. The second day will be destined for the ascent to the summit. The climb up will take us around 6 hours. The beginning of the ascent is not difficult. Then, we will put our skins on and continue to Corona Pass where we will stop for lunch. After we reach the top of Aneto Peak, we will enjoy a 1,300 meters descent and return to Benasque.
Although this trip is not very demanding, consider that it is important to have some prior splitboarding or skiing experience. Also, you will need a good fitness level.
Do you find this program exciting? Make your reservation now! I will be happy to be your guide on this adventure to the highest peak in the Pyrenees.
I also offer a splitboarding program to Vignemale, the highest summit on the French side of the Pyrenees. Check it out!

Fantastic climb! We were the only people climbing the normal route so we had the mountain to ourselves. Fede was great, highly professional, and he assessed the risks very well. Highly recommended!
