Looking for a unique skiing experience? Follow me to the Bernese Oberland Haute Route in Switzerland for four amazing days!
My proposed itinerary is as follows:
Day 1: We’ll meet at Jungfraujoch. We’ll ascend the Walcherhorn glacier (3,632 meters), descend the Ewigschneefeld and climb again the Mönchsjochhütte (3,650m).
Day 2: We’ll start at Eigerjoch and ascend Ochsenjoch to enjoy the impressive descent to Schreckhornhütte.
Day 3: We’ll ascend the Finsteraarhornjoch glacier (3,482m), experience a long descent over the Lauteraar glacier and then climb to the Lauteraarhorn hut.
Day 4: Finally, we’ll follow two fantastic descents along the Brandlammhorn (3,108m) and Rätrichsboden.
This trip is reserved for experienced skiers in deep snow in good physical condition. This is a demanding skiing and/or snowboarding trip with steep and long ascents. The ascents will take us close to 5 hours and we’ll be going up 800 to 1,500 meters.
Excited? I know I am. You’ll love this trip. Book your trip now and discover this stunning Bernese Alps spot.
If you love outdoor adventures as much as I do and are looking for more options, be sure to check out the rock climbing trip I offer on the Schrattenfluh.
