On this trip you will be exploring the northern peninsula of Holland with its picturesque polders, dikes and canals.
You will cycle coast to coast from west to east with a variety of beautiful landscapes to witness.
You will visit the dunes of the North Sea coast and visit charming villages like Edam and Volendam. You will witness traditional architecture and practices in the towns such as the making of clogs, cheese and tin.
Of course you will have to spend some time in Amsterdam as well to see this famous city and all it has to offer.
We will provide comfortable accommodation throughout the trip and will transport your luggage between stays.

Cycling by the river Zaan you will see traditional 17th and 18th century houses along with demonstrations of clogs, cheese and tin making.
Then it’s on to Amsterdam with so much to see and do.

We will stop at ‘De Dijk’, overlooking the harbour, where you can explore the souvenir shops and have some refreshments.

Today we will head from the shores of lake Markermeer though polders like Schermer and Beemster, a world heritage site.
You will visit Edam a well preserved shipbuilding town with historic and marvellous architecture.
Today will will cover 60km arriving back to Alkmaar
