Sestriere is an alpine village in the province of Turin, in the region of Piedmont, Northern Italy. Due to its characteristics**, Sestriere is perfect ski center for freeriding**. Sestiere is also famous for being the starting and final point of many editions of Tour de France and Giro d’Italia.
During this 6-day freeride skiing in Sestriere, you can enjoy horse riding and off-piste skiing by untouched slopes and places with very few people around. Our base camp will be a fantastic hotel in Sestriere village. You won’t believe the warm welcome they will give you there, besides the typical Italian food.
Here I leave some reasons why I would like to invite you to Sestriere:
Every day, you will practice freeride skiing in a different environment
It is the ideal place for improving your skills or learning new techniques in different kinds of snow
Homely resting place
Direct acces to the railways to Sestriere
It does not matter how much experience you have in off-piste skiing. I will help you and teach you all the necessary techniques, adapting them to the group general level. I will also consider any itinerary change in case of bad weather of bad snow conditions.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
