Combine steep ascents, backcountry skiing and hot springs in the evening for an unbelievable 8-day ski tour in the volcanoes of southern Chile!

The Chilean Patagonia’s strikingly beautiful scenery makes this trip very hard to beat. During this ski tour, you’ll be climbing Chile’s most famous volcanoes (Lonquimay, Llaima, Villarica, Osorno and Casablanca). After a challenging ascent, you’ll get to ski down some of the most amazing slopes and chutes you’ve ever experienced!

This demanding mountaineering experience requires a very good fitness level. Additionally, a solid ski touring experience and expert skiing skills are also necessary!

I’ll adapt the itinerary to the group’s level and to weather and snow conditions. However, don’t hesitate to contact me with any requests you may have. I’ll do my best to accommodate your wishes!

This is your chance to get to know the Chilean Patagonia with a professional mountain guide. I have lots of experience in the area! With its high mountains and snowy peaks, I can guarantee that the mighty Andes range will make a lasting impression.

Also, check out other of my ski touring expeditions on the other side of the Andes: a 6-day ski touring trip in Bariloche or a ski touring week in El Chaltén.

I am a professional IFMGA-certified mountain guide based in El Chaltén, Argentina. I can be your guide on both sides of the Andes so contact me and we’ll make your wildest dreams a reality. You won’t regret it!

About the Guide

Certified UIAGM-IFMGA Mountain Guide from Argentina.

I live in El Chaltén since 1998. I'm originally from Bariloche and I started with mountain activities when I was 15 years old. I've done climbing and ascents in many mountains of Patagonia, Perú, Bolivia, United States and Europe; such as Fitz Roy, Cerro Torre, Alpamayo, El Capitán, Mont Blanc and Aconcagua among others. I'm also a Ski Instructor and I am passionate for backcountry ski.

I speak fluent English, Italian and French and have been leading trips and expeditions for more than 10 years. I work together with a group of guides, so if I'm not available for the trip you request, one of my colleagues will guide you!
