Boca del Infierno, Half-day via ferrata near Madrid

Join me on an adventurous via ferrata trip, close to Madrid. The Boca del Infierno via ferrata is an awesome experience which combines climbing, mountaineering and some awesome sights. We’ll be up high for the trip, so if you are scared of heights, you’ll want to sit this one out. If you’re not scared of heights, this will be an epic experience!  

A via ferrata is a protected climb where we’ll find a steel cable, fixed to the rock, running along the route. We’ll secure ourselves to this cable so that we can then walk along the rock and protect ourselves from potential falls.

Once we’re all hooked up, we’ll start with a vertical climb along metal footholds built into the rock. After that, we’ll move horizontally on the rock. We’ll cross limestone ridges and be able to look over Lake Sacedón. We’ll then cross two bridges suspended in the air. This is guaranteed to give you a thrill! To finish up, we’ll take a fun zip line.
