Description

Just one hour away from Madrid, this via ferrata invites us to explore the surroundings of Entrepeñas Reservoir. If you’re looking for an easy sportive activity with spectacular views, you can’t miss the chance to take part of this program. Follow me to the commune of Sacedón, in Guadalajara!

First of all, we’ll meet in the tourist office of Sacedón and prepare the equipment. From this point, we’ll head to the via ferrata and, after 20 minutes, we’ll reach the entrance of the route. Once there, I’ll teach you the basic concepts about the equipment and begin with the first section of the activity. I will be there at all times to make sure that you’re safe and having fun.

On our way, we’ll find exciting spots, such as a zip line and a 50-meter bridge. On this route, we’ll cover a distance of 300 meters and face an elevation gain of 300 meters as well. After we finish the route, we can also combine this via ferrata with a kayak ride in the Entrepeñas Reservoir, on the Tagus River, or we can just share a typical meal in Alcarria.

Take part of an exhilarating experience in the heights and contemplate incredible views! It’s a perfect tour for beginners! Send the request to make your reservation and let’s begin with the preparations!

What people are saying about Pedro

Raquel

Pedro was so knowledgeable about the area, and graciously answered all our questions, even those unrelated to the hike. He was very kind in picking us up from Madrid for a small fee. He also took a bunch of photos of my husband and I during the trek, which I really appreciated since those are our only pictures together from our trip to Spain. I'd definitely recommend Pedro to anyone traveling to Madrid and interested in experiencing nature outside the city.
