Via ferrata “El Chorro” near Ardales (Caminito del Rey) in Málaga, Spain

My partner and I had an amazing day! It was our first Via Ferrata and Antonio told us everything we should know to climb this track, and even more. He was very friendly and funny, we would definitely recommend to join Antonio on a guided Ferrata! The track itself was moderately demanding for us, we are both fit and did not experience any strength difficulties during the track. We felt safe all the time. The views were stunning!

The experience was great. We had Antonio as our guide and he was the best! He was very professional and fun at the same time. He was so chilled yet you know you’re safe all throughout. He was even helping the others that were in a different group without neglecting us at all. As long as you don’t have a fear of heights or if you can overcome it somehow then you’d enjoy the via ferrata experience as much as we did.

We had asked for many changes to make my trip work, but Antionio had been excellent in accommodating us. He is very kind. The trip is very demanding to me as a first-timer, but it is the best breakthrough I like. We did it non-stop within 3 hours. I recommend taking the pace and allow for break time, say 4 hours. I recommend it to all if you like a challenge.

Via ferrata half-day adventure in Archidona

Rafa, is a terrific guide. My family had a fantastic time on the via feratta route he took us on in Archidona. I found Rafa to be professional, friendly, client-centered and safe. You will have to initiate the majority of the contact, but the experience is likely to be the highlight of your trip to southern Spain. I plan on recontacting Rafa when we are next in the area. He provides all the needed equipment.
