Bouldering and sightseeing in Segovia, Day trip from Madrid

Would you like to combine sport and tourism in a same destination of Spain? Then come to Madrid and travel to Segovia: experience exciting bouldering opportunities and explore the historic city!

Segovia is located in the region of Castile and León, 100 km from Madrid. Famous for its historic buildings, it still retains the spirit of old Spanish cities. In 1985, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is the capital of the Segovia Province, which stretches to the Sierra de Guadarrama, so it also offers a beautiful natural terrain.

On this trip we will meet in Madrid and drive to Segovia. My goal is to combine bouldering and historic tourism in this fascinating city. In the morning, we we will go to awesome bouldering spots in Sierra de Guadarrama, Risca de Valdeprados or Aldeonsancho, among other options.

In the evening, we will explore the city. It has many cultural attractions such as the Roman Aqueduct, the Gothic Cathedral, The old castle of Alcázar, the Romanesque churches, the Old Synagogue and the City Walls. Segovia also features stunning parks, such as El Azoguejo and the Alcazar Gardens, and lots of restaurants that serve delicious local food!

Please note that this program is suitable for everyone: it doesn’t require special skills and it can be adapted to your fitness level. Furthermore, you can join me for one or several days.
