  • Bring your whole family for an unforgettable cultural experience.

  • Explore one of Mexico’s best Mayan ruins.

  • Jump into the clear waters of an open cenote.

Visiting Mérida or the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico? Then we have a great day trip for you and your family. We’ll take you to the stunning ruins of Uxmal and then go swimming to one of the breathtaking cenotes in the area.

When in Mérida, most people head straight to Chichen Itzá without knowing that there are tons of other options. Uxmal is an alternative outstanding ruin, where the crowds are smaller and there is more space to explore and climb the structures. It is located in the Puuc valley and it constitutes one of the most authentic examples of Puuc architecture. You’ll be mesmerized with all the decorative details it has.

After visiting this breathtaking spot, we’ll then take you to an open cenote where we can snorkel, swim and cliff jump. Fully refreshed, we can then enjoy an authentic Mayan lunch.

So, are you ready for a unique Mexican adventure? Then send your request! We’d love to guide you and your family to these magical places in the Mayan Riviera.

For more water adventures in Mexico, make sure to check the trips we offer for a whitewater rafting experience on the Amacuzac River and a day trip visiting Mayapan and one of the cenotes in Merida.

What People are Saying about Mexico Adventure Guides-

Daniel and his partner Alex did a great job guiding us, and helping with all the logistics, especially transportation to and from the climb. Alex was a real pleasure to talk with, learn from, and show us the mountain. Thank you, for a great experience!

Daniel was kind enough to pick me up promptly at the airport when I arrived. we drove straight to amecameca and bought a few supplies, we then drove to Popo park and set up camp. Daniel gave a class on crampons, walking sticks and the ice pick and then it was time to sleep and prepare for the early morning hike start. we set off around 0330 and reached the recluso at about 15,500 feet. it was an amazing experience with wonderful views. Thank you Daniel, Alejandro and Yasmin!
