Are you looking for a new adventure for this winter? You should try some freeride skiing or snowboarding around the Dolomite Mountains!
There is nothing like the sense of freedom that you experience by descending slopes covered with fresh and untouched snow. What I offer you on this tour is just that!
Pordoi Pass (in Italian, Passo Pordoi) is a natural paradise for off piste skiing and snowboarding lovers. This mountain pass is located in the Dolomites, a mountain range in the northeast of Italy.
To get to Pordoi you must drive on one of the highest mountain roads in the world, which connects Arabba with Canazei. Then we will take a cable car at Belvedere Ski Resort.
Once in Sas Pordoi (2,950 m) we will discover a natural terrace to appreciate the major peaks in the Dolomites: Marmolada, Pale di San Martino and Sassolungo. From up there, we will choose the perfect freeride descent depending on the snow conditions and your abilities.
Fur lunch, we can taste marvelous Italian cuisine at some of the huts in the area. Attended by pleasant people, we can learn here some of the traditions of the Dolomite Mountains.
So, if you are you are tempted by this adventure, contact me and we’ll start making plans. I’d be happy to guide you around these mountains I know so well!
