The great Grossvenediger summit is the Venediger Group’s main peak and it lies in the Hohe Tauern mountain range on the border between Tyrol and Salzburg.

This incredible summit has 3657 meters high and it’s considered the fourth highest peak in Austria. And of course, it is also one of the most incredible glacier summits of the Alps. Due to his position, you can even appreciate the Ortler summit if the weather is good. Further, home of an unique beauty and breathtaking landscapes, the Grossvenediger is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

The only requirement for being part of this trip is to be in a good physical condition. Keep in mind that in this ski tour adventure we will walk a lot. Lastly, a great skiing descent await us after reaching the summit.
