Description

Located in the prefecture of Nagano, Hakuba is full of wonderful ski resorts. And on this brief, but memorable trip, you will get to enjoy the slopes of one of those resorts with the fourth ranked FWQ skier in Japan. And finally, I am from the Hakuba area, so I know the resorts and slopes quite well. As a result, I will have no problem identifying the right place for us to ski.

During this trip, you will get to learn from a professional. You will get to improve your skills, while pushing yourself. You will get to learn new techniques while having a great time with a local skier. I will also gladly give you advice on your skiing technique whenever the opportunity arises.

In order to participate on this trip, you must be an experienced skier. Moreover, my sessions are also popular among ski instructors who want to learn how to ski in a freeriding way! Freeriding and my sessions are not just about techniques but how you think and how YOU want to draw on the white blank canvass of snow!

This trip in Hakuba is a great opportunity for good skiers to get even better. Or, it is a great opportunity for good skiers to have a great time on the slopes of the Nagano area. Please note that you will need to sign a liability waiver prior to the beginning of the trip.
Participant will need to have appropriate insurance coverage (including skiing and snowboarding).

Also, for safety and liability reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times.

I am based near the Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort in Japan and run a guesthouse there while doing my ski training.

At the Freeride World Qualifier in Hakuba last year, I finished 6th. Every day, I train in order to reach a higher ranking in my upcoming competitions.

I aspire to run a fun, relaxed freeriding session so that people of all levels can enjoy the experience. I look forward to riding with you!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
