Description

This is your chance to hit the slopes with one of the best freeride snowboarders in the world. Join a top 100 Freeride World Qualifier athlete on this exciting day in the mountains of Hakuba, Japan!

My name is Go and I am rated 2nd best freeride snowboarder in Japan and I’m also a top 100 Freeride World Qualifier athlete. I’m offering this wonderful day to join me on the mountains and learn what lines I take.

With steep terrain, powder snow and cable cars taking you to long runs all the way to the bottom, Hakuba’s ski resorts have it all to ensure we will enjoy a fun day together.

Based in the prefecture of Nagano and about 250km northwest of Tokyo, the mountains of Hakuba are known as the Japanese Alps.

The surrounding landscape is laden with peaks over 3000m which paints a magical backdrop to your snowboarding.

The combination of different ski resorts in the region provides a wonderful variety of terrain and along with its distinct villages creates a really special location to discover.

With 11 resorts to chose from you have a vast array and we can enjoy our time together wherever you prefer.

Snowboarding is my passion and I am a professional. However, I am not a certified guide nor instructor and therefore, this is not a lesson. We will remain within the ski resort pistes and I will be delighted to give you advice on your technique.

Regardless of whether you’re an intermediate snowboarder, highly experienced or perhaps an instructor, we can have loads of fun snowboarding together!

There are no pre-selected dates for this trip so I will arrange the groups on an on-demand basis.

First time snowboarding at a new mountain can be a little intimidating now multiply that feeling when you are doing it in a different country. That was not the case here, Go Biyajima made me feel like I was riding in my back yard. Go is an excellent rider and really made me feel like it was just another day on the mountain riding with homies.
