There are many unique spots around the Lake Tahoe area of California that are well worth exploring. And on this half-day snowshoeing trip, you will get to explore two of those great spots: the Squaw Valley and Truckee.

Both the Squaw Valley and Truckee are unique areas. However, what they have in common is unbelievable natural beauty. And for approximately 4 hours, you will get to admire that beauty up close, while snowshoeing on the areas’ collection of easy to trek on trails. You will get to see a great deal throughout the half-day adventure, from forests and peaks to rivers and creeks. And, if you keep your eyes peeled, you may even get to see some wildlife, too!

This trip is not very difficult. No experience is necessary. However, you should be in good enough physical condition to maintain pace to cover between 2 and 4 miles.
