The Dominican Republic is an incredible place to visit. Hence, why it is so popular with tourists from around the world. And, one of the highlights of the Dominican Republic is the incredible 27 waterfalls.

For a full day, from Puerto Plata city, we would like to guide you to the 27 waterfalls. We would like to take you on an adventure through thick forest to the crown jewel of Puerto Plata.

Throughout this day long adventure, you will cross several footbridges and pass by an abundance of stunning flora and fauna before reaching a rocky hilltop. From the hilltop, you will get to descend by either jumping or sliding down a number of waterfalls to the beautiful turquoise pools below.

Typically, of the 27 waterfalls, you will get to enjoy 7 of them. However, for the really physically active and fit, you can see even more, including the 27th waterfall!

Positioned within a park less than an hour away from the city of Puerto Plata, this full day trip makes for a fantastic excursion for anybody visiting the area. The trip is open to people of all skill levels, even families. However, all participants should know how to swim and be in good physical condition.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
