Huayna Potosí 2-day splitboarding adventure

Come with me on this 2-day splitboarding adventure and enjoy riding through the slopes of the Huayna Potosí, in Bolivia.

Cordillera Real is a mountain range that belongs to the Andes and is located in Bolivia. In this range, we can find Huayna Potosí, a mountain that is 6,088 meters above sea level. This summit is very popular among mountaineers, but it is not so common for splitboarding.

To try this experience, I offer you a 2-day program. First of all, we’ll meet in La Paz, the capital of Bolivia, and go to the Huayna Potosí base camp. Afterwards, we’ll climb to the high camp and go to the hut. On the second day of the trip, we’ll reach the summit of the mountain and enjoy the descent. Finally, we’ll return to La Paz.

Apart from splitboarding, you will have the chance to contemplate amazing landscapes. For example, you will get to see the Titicaca Lake and the Charquini mountain.

Remember that this program is challenging. To participate, you should have prior skiing or splitboarding experience and a very good level of fitness.
