Join Jeff, IFMGA-certified mountain guide, for this 5-day splitboarding trip around the Lake Louise area, in the Canadian Rockies!
Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr
Over 4 days we will explore 4 different locations in the Lake Louise and Rogers Pass areas.
On Day 1, we will meet in Lake Louise and do a tour of the nearby mountains. Then we will head to Golden BC for days 2 and 3 to ski in the epic Rogers Pass area. On the 4th day, we will make our way back east and spend a day on the Continental Divide skiing on some of the greatest terrains on earth.
If you are a Powder Warrior looking for some epic descents, then this long weekend is for you, a great trip for intermediate-strong backcountry skiers. The group will adjust location accordingly depending on conditions.
I can also take you splitboarding on the Bow-Yoho traverse: check it out!
First, we will meet and greet at Lake Louise Alpine Centre. Then, we will spend the day lift access splitboarding the area.
On day two, we will go to Kicking Horse Resort for some backcountry splitboarding. Additionally, we will have an avalanche rescue introduction.

That was a wonderful ski-tour experience. Everything was well organized, and there was good communication. The choice of daily spots was well planned based on avalanche safety and natural beauty. Special thanks to local guides (Jason and Tamara) for all their efforts and passion, which made this trip a very special experience. I definitely look forward to do another ski-tour trip next year or summer adventure with Jeff or his guides.
