Lake Tahoe is an incredible place full of immaculate beauty. This town is home to many exciting opportunities for those who seek adventures in the outdoors. Mountain bikers come from all over to enjoy the great tracks here. Lake Tahoe has some of the best mountain biking in all of the United States.

Lake Tahoe has hundreds of miles of trails. This means there is riding available for all levels. On this tour, we will ride along high alpine singletrack, where we will see granite rock gardens, beautiful wildflower meadows, gigantic pine trees and of course beautiful lakes.

Your guide will show you all the beauty this amazing place has to offer. Our guides are certified and knowledgeable. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the local flora and fauna we will experience on this tour. Our guides can also help you with biking techniques.

  • Day 118-27 miles

    We will begin the trip by going over what this week will have in store for us! We will get onto our bikes and ride the Tahoe Tim Trail, which circles Lake Tahoe. We will ride at a conservative pace as we adjust to the high altitude. We will reach 8,400 meters above sea level on this day. We will ride to Watson Peak where we can look over the Tahoe Basin and surrounding peaks.

  • Day 215-24 miles

    Today we will get back on the singletrack and cross state lines as we ride from Tahoe Meadows to Marlette Lake in Nevada. We will see some amazing panoramic views of the Lake. We will descend to Chimney Beach, where we can relax and take a dip in the lake.

  • Day 3 18-29 miles

    Today we head to South Lake Tahoe to explore. This trail features a heavy descent followed by quick, wavy singletrack that will feel like a rollercoaster! We can finish the day by exploring the strip of South Lake or choose to lay out on the beach side.


  • Day 416 - 25 miles

    It is important to relax on this day as we will start feeling all the exercise we’ve been doing the last 3 days in our muscles. We can spend the morning stretching and doing yoga before we head back out to Rim Trail. We will ride from Kingsbury Grade to Spooner Summit.


  • Day 516-20 miles

    Today we will have our final ride. We will receive a transfer to the trailhead in the backcountry of Truckee near Donner Summit. We will ride all the way to Reno where we will all say goodbye.
