Hop onto your bike and discover the amazing landscape of Mexico State. Following the road between Nevado de Toluca to the “Magical Town” (Pueblo Mágico in Spanish) of Valle de Bravo, we’ll spend two amazing days discovering the beautiful spots on the way. Join us!
The Nevado de Toluca is an incredible active volcano surrounded by beautiful forests. Its crater has two stunning lagoons. Valle de Bravo is a charming town of whites and browns, ideal for outdoor lovers. People visit the area to practice water skiing, sailing, kayaking, motocross, zip-lining, hiking, camping, hang gliding, paragliding, golf and other sports. This is your chance to discover this stunning spot!
We’ll begin at the crater by Nevado de Toluca and start our descent. After, we’ll go through a thick forest and descend through a stunning ravine with an incredible view of a nearby lagoon. Then, on the second day, we’ll cross over a river and go by some of the charming towns in Mexico State. Finally, we’ll reach a dazzling dam in Valle de Bravo.

Daniel and his partner Alex did a great job guiding us, and helping with all the logistics, especially transportation to and from the climb. Alex was a real pleasure to talk with, learn from, and show us the mountain. Thank you, for a great experience!
Daniel was kind enough to pick me up promptly at the airport when I arrived. we drove straight to amecameca and bought a few supplies, we then drove to Popo park and set up camp. Daniel gave a class on crampons, walking sticks and the ice pick and then it was time to sleep and prepare for the early morning hike start. we set off around 0330 and reached the recluso at about 15,500 feet. it was an amazing experience with wonderful views.
