Located in the north-central Brazilian state of Bahia, Chapada Diamantina National Park is one of the most beautiful places you could explore!
Heading out on mountain bike will allow us to see much of the natural beauty that this stunning national park has to offer. We’ll combine this with some hiking in order to see as much as we can in our limited time.
Among the highlights we may get to enjoy are the Blue Well, Fumacinha Waterfall, Hidden Waterfall of Buracao and Vale do Capao, among various other places.
Each of these uniquely scenic spots will provide us with excellent riding and provide various spectacular vistas, so bring your camera and pack extra batteries too.
Once of the trip’s numerous highlights is the potential to see the Cachoeira da Fumaça, Brazil’s highest waterfall at 380 meters. We may also have the chance to see the wetlands and the various native species of mammals and birds that call this park home.
There’s a lot to do here, so we’ll make sure to get to as much as we can in only three days. Once we finish, you’ll likely be planning your next trip back to this sensational park.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
