Highlights

I invite you to discover one of the most beautiful and important areas of the Sierra Mountain Range. Follow me on this Mythical Mascun Canyon 1+day guided program in Aragon and prepare for the ultimate canyoning adventure!

The magical Mascun canyon was baptized “Maskhrun” by the Arabs, which means “the witches’ dwelling”, in reference to the spectacular landscapes bordering its sides. Moreover, Mascun has become famous due to other extraordinary landmarks, such as the Romanesque Church of Nasarre and the megalithic stones of Losa Mora. On this trip, we will  explore and discover this enchanting region in Aragon!

Our starting point will be the tiny but charming village of Rodellar. From there, we’ll start our expedition and reach the desert plateau of the Sierra de Guara. During our 3 hour adventure, we’ll descend through this long and challenging canyon where exciting jumps, rappels and swimming will take place.

Please keep in mind that due to its length and to the number of rappels we’ll encounter, this canyoning program is quite physically demanding. Therefore, it is suitable for experts only. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you.

So please send me a request and we’ll discuss your itinerary to make sure we make the best of your challenging adventure in this Spanish canyoning mecca!

Additionally, if you are looking for more fun and exciting adventures in Aragon, check out this One or more canyoning days in Otín, Sierra de Guara.

    About the Guide

I've been having a strong passion for outdoor sports for over 15 years. In the last 5 years, I've been working as a professional guide specialized in climbing and canyoning. My favourite is rock climbing, it doesn't matter the style (sport, trad, dws, bouldes, single or multipitch routes) the importat thing is climb high. As a native Mallorcan, Psicobloc or Deep Water Soloing, is in his genes. While he has a deep appreciation for the crags of Mallorca, Catalonia and Aragon, he has also climbed in Morocco, Turkey, Italy, France, Slovenia, Croatia, Tajikistan and China.

I really enjoyed my day of multi-pitch climbing with Carlos. He is extremely knowledgeable about climbs in the area, climbing technique, and about its history and culture as well. He tailored the session to meet all the goals I wanted to reach, and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. I highly recommend him as a guide!
