A mountain that is full of legend going back to the days of Charlemagne, it is easy to admire the Puig Campana. The peak has an enormous shadow, both literally and figuratively, only adding to its mystique. It even experienced a massive forest fire in 2009 that decimated much of its once lush vegetation. Yet despite that, the mountain still stands tall and proud.
There are multiple routes we can take the summit of the mountain. And because of that variety, there are options for people of all climbing levels. So if you are an expert climber looking for that next challenge, there are options that will definitely peak your interest. And if you are not as experienced, there are easier routes that I would be happy to guide you on. However, regardless of your skill level, it is important that all participants are in good physical condition.
Would you like to enjoy an exciting climbing adventure in Spain? Then send me a request and join me on this ascent of the Puig Campana.
And if you would like to have another Spanish climbing adventure, I can also lead you on this rock climbing trip at the Penon de Ifash, right on the coast with clear views of the Mediterranean.

My name is Picus Mazarredo and I am a sports technician in high mountain and sports technician in Climbing.
My passion has always been the mountain, as a child I remember the walks through the Pyrenees as something that has marked my life.
Trekking, snowshoeing and especially climbing, making ridges or ferratas is what I like the most and that is why I decided to make it my profession.
Since these studies did not exist in Valencia, I had to go out and look for them. This led me to study the Certificate of Initiation to the Mountain in Barcelona and later the Sports Technician of Media Mountain in Benasque where I stayed for a few years working as a guide in the Pyrenees.
Later I studied the Sports Technician in Climbing and I am currently studying with the Superior Sports Technician in Climbing.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
