Located in the canton of Valais in the Swiss Alps, the Rechy valley is a fantastic place to visit.

Filled with gorgeous natural surroundings, the Rechy valley is absolutely stunning. And because this trip takes place during the beginning of the autumn season, you will get to see a cavalcade of beautiful colours.

This trip begins at approximately 6:00 am. Hence giving you a chance to explore the Rechy valley just as it is awakening. From the village of Vercorin we will enter the area and begin our hike. There is no rush during this day trip. Instead, you will be given every opportunity to stop, enjoy and take in the magnificent surroundings. I will also show you the best spots where you can take a moment, sit quietly and maybe spot a deer!

As we near the midpoint of the trip, we will stop and enjoy a delicious fondue. Afterwards, we will continue hiking through the valley, where you can continue enjoying the sensational landscape. The trip will end at approximately 1:00 to 2:00 pm.

This is a very easy hike. No technical experience is required. As a result, it is open to anybody. And while you will experience an elevation increase of approximately 650 metres, it is very gradual, and not taxing at all.
