Join us for a rock climbing day in the village of Suncuius, near Cluj Napoca, in northwestern Romania. If you have only indoor climbing experience or just want to practice rock climbing under the guidance of our instructors we invite you to join us for a great climb.
Please note this is not a course, but no matter your level, if you are a beginner or intermediate level climber, you will enjoy a great climbing outing with us in the Suncuius limestone rock.
Suncuius offer many great routes to put your climbing skills to the test. This outing is also a great opportunity for you to gain confidence in rock climbing, improving your technique in an outdoor climbing location in Romania.
We offer you full safety along your climb, guiding you with the necessary instructions according to your level. Our guides know this area very well and will assist you during this day. Our goal is to provide you with a great climbing experience!

Still buzzing from my journey to the peak of moldeaveanu!, our journey was paced really well with lucian, who is a knowledgeable and generous human. It all felt like such a genuine and local experience that was off the tourist map ,an absolute gem. the 2 day trek ended with us descending into the most beautiful Forrest iv ever seen, foraging wild berries next to a running stream with donkeys passing through, There’s so much more to tell I’m not great with words , but I would recommend this too anyone do it!
