Description

Situated in the Japan Alps, Hakuba valley is famous for its wide variety of ski slopes. If you love skiing and are coming to Japan, this destination is a must! And it’s even better in the company of a professional skier.

The valley around Hakuba, in Nagano, is a paradise for skiers. With its copious snow, wide variety of ski resorts and beautiful landscapes, it has everything you need for an exhilarating ride. I would love to show you around its best spots!

As I’m a professional skier, ranked 21st in Japan, I have plenty of experience in this area and know where the best slopes are. The purpose of this half-day program is for you to have a fun experience in the company of an athlete. Although this is not a course, I’m sure you’ll learn useful tips for your future experience and I’ll happily share some of my secrets with you.

Please, keep in mind that you must be an intermediate skier with a good level of fitness to join. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you.

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage and will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to beginning the program. I am not a certified mountain guide, so please keep in mind that, for safety reasons, we will stay within ski resort boundaries at all times.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
