Ride in Shiga Kogen with FWQ snowboarder Go Biyajima (Half-day)

I invite you to an exciting half day in the Shiga Kogen ski resort, snowboarding in the company of a pro athlete. This is a unique opportunity to have fun with a local rider pushing your own riding level.

As a professional snowboarder, I am number 2 in the Freeride World Qualifier ranking. It will be my pleasure to share a morning or afternoon with you in this private session. I look forward to show you some pro tips that I think can make all the difference when riding.

Located in Nagano, the Shiga Kogen ski resort is a great destination for snowboarding in Japan. Very popular since the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, this resort holds the largest ski area in the country, with 19 ski areas in 600 hectares of terrain. Compared to Hakuba, Shiga Kogen has a more laid back atmosphere.

The dry powder here is characteristic of the inland locations. There are many options for different levels. As this is a private program, I will be able to adjust it to your level and wishes. But do keep in mind that you need to be at least an experienced rider. This is a great opportunity to have fun with a local wider, while learning new ways of enjoying snowboarding. The focus is not to have a riding lesson, but to have fun!

As I am not a certified guide, we will stay within the limits of the ski resort. But don’t worry, there are plenty of exciting options in the resort!
