Description
The Morvan granite massif is situated at an altitude of 900 meters within the Morvan Regional Natural Park in France. This beautiful protected area in the in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France is filled with lakes, woods and plenty of hiking trails, making it a paradise for nature lovers.
Come along with us and discover the Morvan Regional Natural Park at a leisurely pace during this 3 day, 2 night guided tour.
On the first day, we’ll enjoy a welcome drink together, and you’ll have some time to explore the area on your own. On the second day, we’ll take a 5 or 6 hour hike and marvel at the stunning surroundings of the Morvan. Finally, on the third day, we’ll visit the nearby Dun-Les-Places village and go to the Vallée de la Cure.
As we hike, we’ll discover seldom visited areas and contemplate some wonderful natural landscapes. Green pastures and crystalline lakes abound in the Morvan Regional Natural Park.
We’ll spend both nights in a comfortable and rustic country cottage and enjoy delicious meals made with local products.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
