Are you planning to visit Trinidad? Would you like to enjoy a short, wonderfully scenic hike in the Tucker Valley? Then come and join us for this trip that will take you to the gorgeous Bamboo Cathedral.
Located in Chaguaramas, the Bamboo Cathedral is the perfect place to visit if you are looking for some great photos, or you’re just looking for a nice trek to cool off.
Throughout the trek, you will be surrounded by the high rising bamboo stalks. The stalks, due to their heights, tend to bend. Thus, creating a natural archway that has to be seen to be believed. Furthermore, if there is a breeze, the stalks sway in the wind, creating a soothing creaking sound that you will be hard pressed to forget.
Another great part of this half-day trek to the is the amount of wild life you will get to see. From birds and butterflies to howler monkeys, you will see and hear quite a bit of life under the bamboo archway.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
