As one of the 35 summits in the Catskills that is over 3500 feet in elevation, the Windham High Peak (3524 feet/ 1074 meters) will be the perfect adventure for advanced hikers where not only they will take on this amazing mountain, but the Burnt Knob Mountain as well.

One of our AMGA certified guides will be happy to safely guide you through some challenging trails, explore some snowy old growth forest and enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains.

By exploring the first growth forests participants will be transported back in time. We will learn how the entire region used to look like hundreds of years ago, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the mountain woods.

Keep in mind that during this hiking trip we will be walking for around six to eight hours in mountainous, exposed terrain and steep, uneven trails.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome.
