Description

Whether you’re an experienced mountaineer or a beginner, you’ll find a place on this program in the Spanish Pyrenees. This area offers great opportunities for  lovers of mountaineering. Explore it by joining me on this adventure!

Located in the Spanish province of Huesca, Peña Telera is a mountain peak that belongs to the Partacua range in the Pyrenees. Situated near the Tena Valley, it reaches an altitude of 2,764 meters above sea level and it’s a very famous destination among climbers from all over the world.

If you come with me on this program, we’ll have the chance to go through the Via Gran Diagonal, the most popular route of the mountain. This alpine trail has amazing landscapes.

Keep in mind that the Gran Diagonal route has a medium level of difficulty. Therefore, it is important to have some prior experience and a good level of fitness. However, I can also offer you different options with similar or higher levels of difficulty. All you have to do is get in touch with me and we’ll arrange the program so you can make the best out of this experience.

Would you like to spend a wonderful day climbing in the Pyrenees? Then send the request and book your place on this program.

Another option could be this program that I lead in the San Carlos Peak, in the Cantabrian Mountains. Check it out!

Mountain Leader

AEGM-UIMLA Guide from Spain

I did my first steps as a mountaineer as a teenager in Madrid. But the desire to enjoy all the possibilities given by the mountains convinced me to move to Benasque valley, at the heart of the Pyrenees.

Along the years I did several winter and summer activities not only in the Pyrenees, but also in Picos de Europa, Sierra Nevada, Sistema Central...

One of my passions is to travel and discover new places and cultures, so I did climbing trips to other European countries, USA, Canada, Morocco, India, Nepal, Kirguistán... This trips gave me a priceless experience that made me grow as a climber, and set the stone to my formation as professional mountain guide.

I now live in Cantabria, and usually guide both in summer and winter in the Cantabrian range.

My guide, Fran, was top-notch. Super friendly and really knew his stuff. He was fantastic at tailoring our climb based on my expectations and what I could handle and - he nailed it. Also, he communicated in English really well. On the second day we chatted away like old friends. I had an awesome time and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a personalised climbing experience.
