Description

Looking for a ski touring adventure where you can challenge yourself? Then you can’t miss this chance to test the smooth Swiss slopes. Come with me on this 1-day program near Zurich and have a wonderful time skiing.

Our program will take place in Central or Eastern Switzerland, in an alpine region near Zurich. We’ll decide the meeting point a few days before our departure. While sliding through the Swiss Alps amazing terrain, we’ll have the chance to contemplate its inspiring landscapes full of stunning snowy peaks.

Some of the options include Sonnenhorn, Gulderstock, Fuggenstock and Firzstock, situated in the Glarus Alps. Get in touch with me and we’ll arrange the most suitable for you.

During the tour, we’ll face challenging sections and experience an elevation gain that ranges from 600 to 1,000 meters. Therefore, it is mandatory to have prior ski touring experience as well as a good level of fitness to join this program.

I had am amazing time during the 1-day off-piste training course at Hoch-Ybrig. Urs, our main mountain guide, was very helpful in answering my queries before the course, and Lupe from explore-share was helpful in selecting the course. We had 3 groups under Urs, Mario and Patrick, and I was in the group with Patrick. He gave us a lot of nice tips and individualized video analysis. He made a special effort to convey everything in English, since I don't know German. All the participants were very helpful and friendly too! The course is good value for money as skis are included for the weekend in the course price.
