Description

The Blautal (Blau Valley), in Germany, is a popular destination among outdoor enthusiasts. Come with one of our certified guides and discover its fabulous sport climbing spots!

Located near the cities of Stuttgart and Ulm, the Blautal is one of the most popular climbing areas in the Swabian Alb, a mountain range in Baden-Württemberg, extending 220 km.

On this sport climbing trip we will find lots of routes spread over many crags. Most of them are single pitch, though there are several routes up to 3 pitches long. Be prepared for top-quality limestone rocks and breathtaking views! If you come for more than one day, then we can explore the entire valley!

We recommend to bring a 60 to 80m rope, about 15 quickdraws, and a small rack of wires plus slings. You don’t need advanced skills, there are opportunities for all levels here. However, it is necessary to have a good fitness level.

So, if you are ready for an awesome sport climbing trip in Germany, please contact us. One of our expert guides will help you to head up the routes of Blautal!

We can also take you to Allgau, another stunning rock climbing area in Germany, check it out!
