This 14-day Kamchatka ski touring program will take you skiing to mountains and volcanoes in an amazing and remote area.
Kamchatka is a Russian region on the far east of the Asian continent. It is located between the Pacific ocean and the Sea of Okhotsk. And is best known among mountaineers because of its volcanoes, that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
And right there is where we'll go skiing!
During this two weeks you'll live things that you haven't even thought about. We'll ski at the foot of the active cone of the Avachinsky volcano. We'll climb peaks with amazing views of this virgin territory. And there even is a chance of skiing inside the active crater of Mutnovsky volcano.
And all of these features will be done while traveling through this remote region, to know not only the landscape, but also the people who live here and their traditions.
Sounds like an amazing weekend? It will be if you contact me know so I can start planning your visit to the amazing Kamchatka. You’ll spend an unforgettable two weeks!
And if you want to try skiing at other remote areas, please check my 10-day Karakol ski touring program in Kyrgyzstan and my 11-day Georgia ski touring program.

Originally I'm from Altai, a little-known Siberian mountain region. I grew up and developed as a sportsmen and guide in Altai and the Tian-Shan mountains. Since 2010, I live in St. Petersburg and work a lot in the Caucasus region.
Since 2011 I am learning in the Russian Mountain Guides Association (RMGA), under auspices of the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG). In 2015 I passed the Apprentice Ski Guide exam.
My main work destinations are Russian and CIS mountain regions as Altai, Khibiny, Tian-Shan, Kamchatka and all Caucasus. I specialize in ski tour and climbing projects in uncommon mountain regions of Russia and CIS.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge. It gave us the confidence to later hire our own equipment and go out in Mojstrana. Altogether a five star + experience. Thank you.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
